Personal preference, but I find it off-putting to deal with someone who smells like an ashtray, and feels the need to lean in close when speaking with me. (I rated our salesman three stars, but our salesman was not Jonathan Johnson. I thought his name was Mike, but I could be wrong. We did not deal with Jonathan at all.) More
