If you could see what she just wrote to me on "messenger", you wouldn't step inside of Paramount Kia. I needed to cancel my extended warranty on a new car that I purchased and I tried every mean "messenger", you wouldn't step inside of Paramount Kia. I needed to cancel my extended warranty on a new car that I purchased and I tried every means possible to get in touch with her because she's in the finance department and that's where I thought I needed to talk to someone. No answer to messages, no e-mail replies and finally a month later, I get a horrible message on "messenger" through Facebook. I expressed my disappointment with her not getting back to me, and the reply I got was "go f... yourself". Lovely, right? More

My salesman Anthony was very helpful with giving me all of the information I needed over the phone.
