I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Volkswagen of Clarksville has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. I brought my vehicle in for a recurring issue that should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Not only has the dealership failed to fix the problem after multiple visits, but now they’re trying to charge me for a repair that’s clearly still under warranty. At this point, I don’t know if it’s incompetence or outright dishonesty, but either way, it’s unacceptable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want the headache of chasing basic accountability. More
