I bought a vehicle here in early 2025. I purchased a third-party extended warranty from them. I recently sold the vehicle and contacted Anthony to cancel my warranty for a refund of the re I purchased a third-party extended warranty from them. I recently sold the vehicle and contacted Anthony to cancel my warranty for a refund of the remaining balance for the unused warranty (you must go through the dealership to cancel). He emailed me the document and I returned it to him the same day. I have now sent 4 follow up emails (one each week for the past four weeks) and left him an additional voicemail message. He has yet to respond to any of my messages, and each day that goes by that my request is not submitted, my refund amount gets reduced. His customer service is less than stellar. I only rated him one star because it didn’t give me the option of rating him as a zero star… More
