Excellent experience until.. I enjoyed my visit my only concern was when I dropped my truck off to get my plate installed my blue jean jacket disappeared from my backseat! While at Phillips Chevrolet we received excellent customer service from our salesman Nicholas. Nicholas was very attentive to my concerns as I had many. The process took 8 long hours for unknown reasons which I feel needs to be shorten in the future, however; during the wait I feel that the DEALERSHIP should offer complementary snacks or beverages. Our salesman did offer to get us anything we wanted from the vending machine however; I feel that should be the norm of the dealership. Nevertheless; my experience otherwise was excellent. The guys that assisted us was nothing but awesome. We appreciate all the help and all the things they did to make the deal an success. We are both pleased with our 2019 Camaro and Traverse. That was a breath of fresh air to hear that I wouldn’t have a salesperson trying to sell me on a truck I was already sold on. When it came to talking numbers he immediately got us the best rate that he could find without going back and forth to his managers, trying to squeeze us like everyone else we just got done dealing with that day. And believe me I tried to find someone else that could get me a better deal, it wasn’t out there. When he heard I wish this truck had running boards he through them in with out changing the payment. Rami made us feel like we left there with more than a truck, we made a new friend. More
