Positive first experience buying a new car Since this is my first time buying a new car and I have nothing to compare my experience to, I felt like it was somewhere between a good and excellent Since this is my first time buying a new car and I have nothing to compare my experience to, I felt like it was somewhere between a good and excellent experience (4 or 5 stars). I felt like the salesman, Jacob, was nice and helpful. During the whole process, there was a little wait time, but it didn't take too long since I knew what car I wanted before I got there. In each step of the process, since it is a business, they push for selling you more, or trying to have you lease or finance, so it is helpful knowing exactly what you want or don't want, and I didn't feel like they were overly pushy. They tried to make the sell and if you said no, they just moved on to the next thing. Overall I felt good about the experience and got a new car at a great price (after all the extra add-ons, taxes and fees, I think I paid about as much as what some other dealerships were trying to sell the same car for before taxes and fees). I like that the dealership uses surveys/customer satisfaction to decide commission instead of sales. More

I am the type who holds on to vehicles for as long as possible, so I wanted to make sure I got one that would last me a long time and have the features I was looking for. I went to a good number of dealerships in the area and tried most compact SUV's from all the major brands on my radar. There were a few I liked, but none of them really felt like "the one" for me. When I stepped foot into Jeff Belzer's and started working with Joby, all of that changed. When I listed the requirements and desires I had for my next vehicle, he pointed me to a GMC Terrain. The one in question was an excellent price for all that it included. It was love at first test drive. The whole car buying experience was made painless and simple, and now I am a proud new owner of a Terrain. I will definitely be coming back when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle! More
