After being shut down twice by the Fort Myers dealership and being treated horribly while there, I walked into the Bonita Springs location with less than high expectations. Anthony was determined to help me make my dream come true and he delievered beyond my expectations! I absolutely enjoyed every second that was spent with him. He is the only person that will get my business in all future transactions. Joseph Randazzo is also THE MAN! I was so comfortable with him. He was so personable and kind. He came right out to greet us, stayed and talked with us for a good while (before any deal was even spoken of). I was confident that he was going to do everything that he could to make a deal happen for me and he did absolutely that! We shared stories and laughs! This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle! I am still tearing up as I write this review as it still does not seem real to me! My Wife and I drove 3 1/2 hours to make the purchase. That also shows how confident that I was with him and the vehicle that I was purchasing. He was very fair in the price also. I had researched the type of vehicle that I had in mind all over Florida, both with private sellers and dealers. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, and every other purchase I always ended up feeling bad about something that the dealers did during the sale. i ended up with “Buyers remorse” except for this purchase which I actually feel wonderful about.
