Hello all! I may be new to the sales world but not new to #1 customer service. As a retired police officer my goal was to always help every single person I came across. Yes I shifted gears but making and keeping my new friends (customers) happy will never change. You want an honest, no non-sense, truthful, non-pushy car salesman then I'm your guy. Toyota of Wallingford “closed the deal” by telling me they would install a $2,000 entertainment center that is similar to the platinum sienna entertainment center for free as part of the deal. Instead, t they would install a $2,000 entertainment center that is similar to the platinum sienna entertainment center for free as part of the deal. Instead, they installed an audio Vox basic dvd player (actual cost approx $350) the dvd player must be extremely old as it does not even play blu ray discs. The headphones barely work and there is no option to hook to smart phones or smart tablets. I expressed how unhappy I was with the dealership falsifying how good the deal was that they were actually making. Our salesman Anthony was lovely throughout the sale but expressed many times how he was new and there was nothing he could do. Toyota would not admit what they did and fix it. Toyota could have provided an upgraded system or headphones that actually work but I was offered nothing. This dealership makes Toyota look bad and the entertainment center they installed makes Toyota look cheap . More
