Lauren is awesome friendly knowledgeable and very attentive. Waiting area needs a better snack collection. My biggest issue though is the 3% charge for using a credit card. I think it’s total xx. It's great to be able to schedule the service online! Plus, I had to change the day, and that was handled online as well.
