I was able to work through most of the questions and financial details ahead of time via email and text, which made everything very efficient. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the majority of the deal was already structured. Andre and Ansley were both fantastic to work with — responsive, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. Even when I decided to change models during the process, they were able to quickly update the numbers and walk me through the differences without missing a beat. Ansley was especially impressive — extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, trim comparisons, pricing, and overall process. This is our first Subaru, and there was definitely a learning curve with the features and technology, but the entire team was genuine, transparent, and thorough in explaining everything. And, his followup after the sale to help me locate an owner's manual and give some guidance a couple days later on questions I had on how to use certain electronic features available on the vehicle was so helpful. He arranged home delivery of the vehicle to me, saving me a 2 hour drive round trip. Highly recommend Heritage and would definitely ask to work with Ansley again! Jewel (the internet sales manager) gave me a competitive quote on the vehicle I was interested in, right off the bat. Ansley (the sales representative I worked with) was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to point out and explain many features of the car, including ones I may have never stumbled across even after reading the owners manual. Shawn (the general manager) touched base with me multiple times, which really showed me that this dealership top to bottom cares about each customer. This was not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm very glad went the extra distance to work with these folks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area looking for a Subaru. More
