Lucky for us, Annie was available at that very moment we walked in and in hindsight we could not be happier. Not only was Annie extremely personable but she was also very fun and informative. We had no idea what to expect when we got there, but we quickly realized that their sole goal at Garavel is to get you into the car that is everything you want. There was absolutely no pressure at any point during our two visits. I had wanted a Jeep since the day I started driving and I was very specific about what I wanted in my car. Annie and Mark worked tirelessly to find me my perfect fit, and they searched high and low until they found it. This was a huge purchase for me, and Mark was able to run me through multiple options until I found a payment plan that worked the best and was manageable for me. The best part about this whole experience was that everyone there was genuinely happy for me when I finally made my decision to get my Jeep. Who else gets a round of applause when you finally decide it's a go?! I am so very happy that I started and ended my search at Garavel. Annie and Mark were flexible towards my requirements/needs and extremely patient, going back and forth, over and over until they could find me the best deal possible. When it came time to run through the finances, Christine was extremely thorough and walked us through each and every step. I can't stress enough how great they are and how much fun we had on both sides during the whole process. I originally leased my Cherokee thanks to Annie and Al a year ago and they always visit and chat with me in the waiting room of the service department. They treat me like a friend rather than a customer and the service team is always engaging, friendly and fun. Even Paul stops by to say hi. Paul's personality and style is clearly echoed by his fabulous team. My most recent visit was welcomed by Lawrence Pearson. He kept me updated throughout my wait what the expected wait time would be and what the status was. Whether I am there for 5 minutes or 45 minutes, it's encouraging to know that they remember I am there and keep me informed where I stand. Thanks Paul, Al, Annie, Lawrence for setting the bar high. Even if I didn't love my Jeep as much as I do--the Garavel team would be enough to bring me back. Good thing I love my Jeep too!!! More
