This most recent visit was for the purchase of our THIRD vehicle fr I cannot say enough about the awesome crew at Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! This most recent visit was for the purchase of our THIRD vehicle from Garavel. Sadly, this one was a replacement of a totaled vehicle purchased there just three months before. Following the accident, Nick was instrumental in guiding us to resources to help diagnose and address the damage from the accident. That was no surprise as he has been a terrific resource himself in advising and handling the necessary maintenance on our other three Jeep/Chrysler vehicles for many years. Throughout the process, Annie & Big Mike were supportive and offered assurances that, should we need a replacement, they would take good care of us. Once we got started, I was anxious to get back on the road so was inclined to take whatever they had in inventory that was "close enough" to what we had but Big Mike looked at his incoming vehicles to make sure we got what we REALLY WANTED! Annie was, as always, gracious & knowledgeable. She made the buying process easy, had the car on the lot, cleaned, gassed, washed and ready to go as promised. And finally, where did this Rony guy come from? As I understand it, he has had tremendous success within the Garavel dealership and recently moved into the front-end Finance department. What a pleasure to deal with! A great addition to the front-end of the business. He was sensitive to our situation (replacing a new car after only three months), provided clear guidance throughout the paperwork process, confirmed that everything we had been told was reflected properly, secured very favorable financing and expertly communicated the value of the extended service agreements available to us.
