I had an outstanding experience this week at Toyota of Cleveland. I worked with Alfred in sales, and he was truly phenomenal—his personality and approach were exactly what you hope for in a great salesman Cleveland. Alfred worked closely with Justice in the finance department, who went above and beyond to secure what genuinely felt like the deal of a lifetime. In today’s market, where prices are high and flexibility is rare, they met every need I had with zero pushback, which I greatly appreciated. Making a large financial decision can be stressful, but the entire team made the process enjoyable. While finalizing my paperwork, I was met with the friendliest group of people who made everything smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
