We bought a brand new car from them. We are having issues with it. made an appointment to get it looked at and fixed. It is under warranty, so we took it in. They tried to tell us nothing was wrong, and after finally hearing the problem of the rattling they said they fixed it. It is not fixed. There are bolts loose on the sub frame and our exhaust is loose. I called to let them know it isn't fixed. Said they would call back. No call. Called again they made me an appointment I got there and they turned me away and said they are 3 weeks out and they shouldn't have made me an appointment the ladies up front are new and don't know what they are doing. I said this is an ongoing issue you should have fixed last week. She said she didn't care they couldn't look at it. They were booked up. This is poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. They also want you to do a survey and try to bribe you once you buy a car to give them a perfect score. More
