I had been in contact with Katie S about this issue also, Angela talked to someone ? and she came back to me and a excellent service Tech. Greg who I found out is a T Bird knowledgeable person and as myself a Mini person, went out with me, he drove and tested the car on the local roads, we talked and the Tech. felt the car was alright, but did service inspection on each tires air and adjusted them and once I got on I 43 I felt a difference so far ? I'd like to know ? what is The service techs suggested air pressure for the T Birds tires ? I use to work in the auto and truck industry years ago before going back in the military career and know much what you service folks go thru ! Thank you for the service so far ! More

Had very bad experience with the service department. I asked to have back seat alarm turned off and Angela told me that would be illegal, which is ridiculous. Quick and polite. ..but when I make a reservation via the Web it makes me a new customer instead of a returning customer. After I unexpectedly encountered a 15 MPH speed bump that Milwaukee placed in the middle a 25 MPH residential street--rather than actually enforcing their own traffic laws--I dropped off my Mustang after dri Milwaukee placed in the middle a 25 MPH residential street--rather than actually enforcing their own traffic laws--I dropped off my Mustang after driving home--very slowly. Next day I talked to Adam about the situation. He suggested a full front-end and suspension inspection. I agreed. Later, Service Technician, Justen, sent me a detailed video with the results of his inspection. Surprisingly, all components were solid and roadworthy. He suggested a front-end alignment, but otherwise, no other damage or repairs needed. Great. Within a few hours, Angie called and pronounced it ready for my pickup. Later that day, I stopped by to buy an additional spare Mustang key fob. Mr. Bauer from parts actually walked out to my car with the fob to assure it worked and programmed it before charging me for the part. Very helpful. On my way out, I talked with Tim who gladly scheduled a Works appointment for my truck in the following week. Quite a team effort providing exceptional customer service from Boucher Village Ford's Service and Parts departments. Thanks everyone. More
