I am a repeat customer who was intending on buying a new truck from Kernersville Ram. Tim Mitchell represents his dealership on TV as having best pricing, best trade allowance and transparency during the bu truck from Kernersville Ram. We had recently purchased a 2019 Wrangler from them and was very happy with the experience. To my surprise this was not the case this time. Their internet pricing is not what I got in person and they literally insulted me on my trade offering over three thousand less that what actual trade in is. Even CarMax offered me $3200 more than what Kernersville did. When you have a great experience one time and then a bad one like I did yesterday it makes you wonder about the folks who are running the dealership. It is sad because they really do have some great folks it seems on the front lines and good product. But all that means nothing if you don't have integrity. And what I experienced yesterday makes me think twice about returning and what it more it makes me think about recommending others to not go there. Very shameful. More
