Angel came out to the lot as soon as we arrived, showed us the Ridgeline we were interested in. Sent us follow up pics and info on it. We would have liked to have him sell us a new vehicle, but also understand the separation between the two dealerships. Very much appreciated the help we got from Angel! Ended up purchasing a CRV LX from Shawn at the new car dealership. Another great experience, very knowledgeable of our products, and very helpful with teaching us the systems in our new vehicle! Shawn was very patient with us, as we had originally wanted a HRV, due to the recall on seatbelts, we upgraded to the CRV LX. Jordan in finance helped us get paperwork on HRV, then helped us navigate thru paperwork for CRV. You have a group of very talented and capable associates there at Roush. On used and new car side. As I am a retired Honda associate from the production side, it is a great comfort knowing our company is in good hands! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication in serving our customers. Had a good experience with Angel at Roush Honda. There was no pressure at all during the vehicle inspection, test drive or paperwork. Angel let us be and answered questions as we needed. Finanace There was no pressure at all during the vehicle inspection, test drive or paperwork. Angel let us be and answered questions as we needed. Finanace department was easy to work with as well, no pressure. If we declined extra services, they understood and we carried on with the sale. When we first showed up Angel was with other customers outside and the employee who greated us at the door just left us standing in the used vehicle lffices saying Angel would be back soon. He never introduced us or told Angel who we were or where we were. Little rocky on the start because of that, but I don't blame Angel. Whoever walked us in should have done a better job at getting us introduced to who we had an appointment to see. More
