I've dealt with him before and he is the epitome of what a great customer service representative/advisor should be. Helpful, knowledgeable, direct, doesn't try to upsell me with any "hard line" tactics. The only thing I added to the standard service (new windshield wipers) I was thinking of doing myself, but he mentioned it after I remarked about my windshield. I said, "sure, replace them". I bought the car at this dealership and have brought it back for service every time. I find the staff pleasant/knowledgeable, doesn't waste my time, and the price is at the very least, right on target when I compare it to other places. I'll probably continue returning for servicing my Prius for the foreseeable future. More

It was fantastic the best ever since I been coming there. They have shutter service that will take you any where reasonable and pick you back up. My service advisor is just the Greatest the manager comes out They have shutter service that will take you any where reasonable and pick you back up. My service advisor is just the Greatest the manager comes out to greet everyone and let you know he is also there to help and answer questions. The guys that check your car in are very polite and very well mannered. You can get hot coffee are tea free of charge. It's nice and clean even the bathroom. Much better than Westbury and Bayside Toyota service centers. More

The work was completed on time. They called to inform me of additional work that needed to be done but didn't try to pressure me into doing it now. I have no major complaints. The only thing not resolved was the break and ABS lights still come on sporadically. Since they installed new breaks I thing it must be some king of minor electrical problem. I'll have them look at it in the next couple of weeks when my 120k service is due. More
