I live in San Fran Bay Area which is a 2 hour drive to the Dealer and Andy made sure all of my car services were completed in time for me to drive back home earlier., it was worth the long drive and I wished for Victor Reynoso to commend Andy’s excellent customer interaction skills. Even though I live far, I would still drive to this Dealer as long as Andy is my Service Advisor. Thank you Andy.

No markup on their cars or gimmicks. I’ve bought two cars from them, including a car during the height of COVID, where all other dealerships had a markup of at least $5K on the same vehicle.
Their service department has been great at taking care of my Toyota fleet. They listen to my concerns, and address the issue by fixing it, and the last repair bill came in cheaper than the original quote! Friendly staff, I’ve met two of their mechanics, and I felt that they genuinely cared. One even brought me to the service area to look at the color of my used transmission fluid to confirm my decision to change it.
Finally the parts department does not gouge you parts. I’ve purchased the same part from other dealerships in the area, and all except for one had markups.
