I filled out a finance app but asked him to hold off on it. He said ok. I had another quote from a dealership locally and wanted to maybe work out a better deal.I sent him the quote and... I received no response from him. Then I see my credit was run 3 times! I called the dealership and the receptionist said "oh yea he's right here I'll transfer you to his line." I got transferred to his line. I heard him pick up and hang up! I Called back, and got voicemail. The story speaks for itself! What kind of dealership promotes this kind of disrespect to a potential customer? SOOOO WRONG. GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here. I have NEVER been so disrespected by company before. SLIMY AND DISHONEST ! They looked up and met blue-book price. They said they try to be hassle-free and they were! We asked them to put the vehicle on the lift and check the tires for bubbles, which they did. They filled it with gas while we waited for the final paperwork. They put professional in a profession not usually thought of in that context! More
