Well, this was different! I wanted to purchase a used CRV that was in their inventory. We agreed on the price but they wouldn’t release the car until after they had run it th I wanted to purchase a used CRV that was in their inventory. We agreed on the price but they wouldn’t release the car until after they had run it through their service department ( it had just been traded in ). Service discovered the differential needed to be replaced. It was replaced and delivered to me at no change in price! Laura and Andy Otte were kind and patient help! I have been a Honda of Lincoln customer since 2007 and plan to continue! More

I had a good experience in working with Anthony! He was readily available and answered all questions I had. However, I felt that a few of the comments made by Andy were condescending to me as a woma He was readily available and answered all questions I had. However, I felt that a few of the comments made by Andy were condescending to me as a woman such as “as a father, in good conscience… and “I imagine you work hard, but he [salesman] works hard too.” While I can see that his intention may have been to express his care, as an adult woman these comments rubbed me the wrong way. The staff at the dealership was friendly and never pushy. Always answered my questions I'm a timely manner. Best Crew to work with! I drive over 1000 miles a week for my job. This is my 3rd Honda from Honda of Lincoln and could not ask for a better team to work with.
