My experience at VW was pretty good. My only issue was my trade in wasn’t paid completely off and there was a small balance left. My previous finance company was calling and emailing me My only issue was my trade in wasn’t paid completely off and there was a small balance left. My previous finance company was calling and emailing me and I didn’t understand why, I informed the VW dealership about it, they asked if I can just pay it and they would reimburse me after they receive the title. I’m still waiting for the reimbursement. I also wish they explained the cost of the warranty a little better. I had to call the fiancé manager after the purchase and he broke it down for me. All in all it was okay. I’m enjoying my new VW. More
