Great buying experience!! This was our second vehicle purchase from Jeff Belzer's and we couldn't be happier!! We went to look at a used Grand Caravan that we had seen on the w This was our second vehicle purchase from Jeff Belzer's and we couldn't be happier!! We went to look at a used Grand Caravan that we had seen on the website. We ended up purchasing a brand new Grand Caravan. It was time for our family to get into a larger vehicle, we have 3 boys who were quickly outgrowing our Jouney. But being that our Jouney was only a couple of years old, even though they gave us every penny they could on the trade in, we were still upside down on our loan. So taking that into consideration, Joby reworked the numbers on a 2018 Grand Caravan. Turns out we could get into the new one for only $3000 more than the used one. He asked exactly what options in the used van appealed to us and made sure we got them in the new van. We are actually happy that it turned out this way. We met a lot of people that day. After we decided on the vehicle we wanted, we moved on to the finance area. There Joby took our paperwork in to get that process started while we met the accessories person and the delivery person. Of course, this process can take a while. Joby kept us company during this time. Andy Crowder was our finance magician!! He got us a great interest rate and our payments at the exact amount we wanted without having to put any money down (which we had planned on). By the time we were all done signing the paperwork we were the at least a half hour past closing time on a Saturday and every person was still just as friendly as when we had first walked in. Joby was still there, came and got us and took us out to meet Austin (our delivery person). Austin took his time to show us how everything worked and answered all of our questions!! Overall an amazing experience!! More

Then off to shop for accessories with another great guy, Grant Weierke, and finished off with a real energetic finance specialist, Andy Crowder who made the entire part of the process quick and painless. Best buying experience that I have ever had in the 40 years that I have been shopping for vehicles. Would greatly recommend giving this group a try. They all were top notch people and it was a pleasure to work with them all. More

When his customer arrived to pick up their vehicle Toby made sure he got one of his colleagues to help us. The next morning he called us at home and we were able to put together a deal over the phone, we took delivery of a 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn that day. I wanted either a Chevy Silverado, GMC sierra or Nissan titan. I had reached out to a Nissan dealer through their online portal and they immediately requested so much personal information even after I simply asked a specific question, they would not answer. After I scheduled a time to visit Belzer I met with Jeff Kunshier who gave the option available to fit my price window. I scheduled a follow up visit since I didn’t have more time that day. When I returned we found out my credit wasn’t good enough to do the lease special with zero down and in my payment window. However, they proposed how we could purchase new with a longer loan to stay in our payment window. The rest of the buying experience went smoothly and we didn’t feel pressured to purchase add-ons or accessories although all options were described so that we knew what was available. More

I really liked Jeff Belzer's web site and I liked their prices. The ease of doing most everything online was great. I was contacted by Casey Kleis we set up a meeting that fit my schedule. We came in the truck I expressed interest was waiting out side the showroom. Casey was great, answered all our questions and we felt very comfortable with out choice. Josh from aftermarket parts was great also, explained all my options and got us the extra items we wanted. Andy Crowder was great with the finance end of the deal, he was quick but very thorough we left his office with all our questions answered. Donny Abboud III was great, the new vehicle has a large amount of technology and he talked us through everything.
