Best experience with a New car dealer ever. Came from out of state, They got all the paperwork sorted out I flew in and they even picked me up from the airport. Got to the dealership they immed Came from out of state, They got all the paperwork sorted out I flew in and they even picked me up from the airport. Got to the dealership they immediately showed me the vehicle then sat me down moving at a nice pace to cover the information but fast enough so I could get back on the road for a 5 hour drive. Perfect Experience I had an amazing experience at Belzer's. This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I first went to Belzer's and when I told Donny that I didn't care for all the "bells and whistles" of the more expensive models, he completely honored that request. He sent my dad and I out for a test drive, and simply wanted to know how our experience was. He listened and looked only within my price range and within my requests, and he far exceeded my expectations, without ever pushing us out of our comfort zone or urging us to make a buying decision. They were able to work with us on our trade-in value and from there Andy at finance did a stellar job. He helped explain everything in simple terms so I was fully aware of what I was signing onto and what all of my options were. The employees at Belzer's work with extreme professionalism and transparency, it felt like working with close friends or family. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone! More
