This was my third time leasing through Patrick Volkswagen. I worked with David Balkus the last 6 years and Andrew this time. Michael Sutherland is the Finance Manager who helped us sign everything at the end and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I was bummed to learn that I left my brother’s funeral mass card and my other brothers’ military portraits in the visors of the car I turned in. I called back two days later and they had thrown them out, so I wish someone had thought to give me a call since I live just a few miles away and these were clearly sentimental items, but I understand it was my fault for forgetting them in the first place. Will lease with them again! More
