Laverne is phenomenal. I first met her when I moved to Florida from NY in Jan 2022. I picked Nimichit as my dealer to take care of my Chevy I had at the time. She had a personality as mine and made me feel at home. She followed through with her number and assured me she would be there to take care of me when I wanted to trade in my lease. Well today I did that. She was awesome. She walked me through each step…like, insurance, finance, etc. And the expectations. She even helped me move over my things and found my credit card that feel out of my wallet. I had freaked about it and reported it lost and she’s like yes, I found them on the floor if car. Omg.
