I first spoke with internet specialist Kayla Friedman and she was nothing short of spectacular. I didn’t have to set up a phone meeting with her, she was quick and informative over email as texts. She answered all my questions before I walked in the door. When I did go in for a test drive and inspection of the car, she set me up with salesman Eric Sakumoto. Now I didn’t have the pleasure of speaking with any other salesmen because I didn’t need to. Eric was enthusiastic and compassionate from start to finish and really made this one of the only positive experiences of looking at a car in the area. My wife and I met with a bunch of salesmen over the past few weeks and Eric sits on top of them all. So if you have the opportunity to meet with him, I would suggest taking that chance. I didn’t have much interaction with anyone else besides a two minute financial paper signing with Andrew Munson, who was also great and friendly during that brief time.
