The dealership itself is very clean and attentive when you pull up to the service department. You are helped right away and motioned to go into the service department. MOST of the 3!men sitting in there snacking were helpful, but not necessarily polite. Everyone has a bad day but you should not put that bad day on everyone else! We received a text NOT a call about the diagnosis of our truck so was unable to ask questions not a big fan of that but did appreciate that they put the price with the text but when picking up our vehicle, the price they sent in the text was not the price that I was asked to pay. I had to ask why the difference and of course someone had made a little mistake but it was taken care of in a timely manner! More

I would have to say that Chad listened to my story about our vehicle went away out of his way to help us keep the car. We just lost our roof on our house from a storm, which was Allstate, which I have to sa our vehicle went away out of his way to help us keep the car. However, my husband now knows that he will go to Dylan in Greenfield for all the oil changes and anything that is needed. He will never go anywhere else per my instructions as his wife of 22 years.
