The team was very welcoming and super helpful when it came to any questions that needed to be answered. I had a wonderful time working with Andrew he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Same wi came to any questions that needed to be answered. I had a wonderful time working with Andrew he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Same with Logan and Bryant. Andrew went above and beyond without feeling pressured into anything. He made sure the process went smoothly, giving extreme detail and payed attention to my needs. Logan also work side by side with Andrew and gave my in depth detail about rates and broke it all down. Only downfall was clear communication when it came down to the wire about interest rates. Which fluctuates is understandable, I just felt that my time was wasted when I expected to see Logan. But Bryant approached with concerns and apologized for the inconvenience. Logan then called me after my visit on his day off and apologized for the miscommunication and took full accountability. Overall I know the staff I worked with meant well and fully do believe they had my best interest. They went above and beyond and took full accountability which they all deserve 5 starts. More
