Recently brought my gmc sierra 1500 to service dept for electrical issue. It was a follow up for previous situation we thought was cleared. I dropped keys in drop box. First thing next morning Will Hettich electrical issue. It was a follow up for previous situation we thought was cleared. I dropped keys in drop box. First thing next morning Will Hetticher service advisor called me to discuss issue. He said they would get right on it as they did. Issue was found . Will followed up to tell me part would be in following am truck woul be done that day. I mentioned an oil change tire rotation special I had received in mail but couldn’t locate it . Will honored the special plus 10% off and put electrical repair thru my extended warranty. This is 3rd gmc sierra SLT I have purchased from Portsmouth Chevy and won’t hesitate to buy my fourth there. Excellent communication and follow up from service dept is rare today but greatly appreciated. Thank you !! More
