Andrej - He's a car salesperson, not actually knowledgeable about the vehicle, just trying to make a sale. When he showed me the SOS alert button in the car, I asked him what that cost. This vehicle came with PIN Code Access, he doesn't know what that is and suggested we ask when we return in 2 weeks with questions-instead of asking someone? Michael appeared very knowledgeable. He went through many options with us to add on. Very smooth transaction. As for the Dealership, I've already referred my neighbor to your dealership. They plan to purchase a Subaru in the next month or two. More
