Car shopping is very low on my list of favorite things to do. Especially when it comes to used car shopping. It’s never an easy experience for either buyer or seller as the appropriate price for a used car h do. Especially when it comes to used car shopping. It’s never an easy experience for either buyer or seller as the appropriate price for a used car has many factors. However, I had had success buying experience with buying my previous new car at Colonial. And so when there was a vehicle that met my needs on their lot, I once again gave them the opportunity to prove that they could provide great service. Both Colonial and my sales representative, Andrea, did just that. I am by no means an expert car shopper. However, I certainly know how to leverage the Internet and my skill set to make a reasonable decision. Colonial Honda priced-to-sell the vehicle I was looking at, and had an internet price well below other competitors online. When I visited the lot and saw the vehicle was in excellent condition, this made the negotiation process straightforward as, from my perspective. All Colonial need do was to honor the price the showed online. This they did. From there, Andrea did an excellent job making sure that I felt comfortable with everything associated with the car and how we were arriving at our negotiated price. Everything felt straightforward. In addition, it came to our attention during the negotiation process that the vehicle only came with one key. Andrea immediately wrote up paperwork to ensure that I would receive a second key as part of the negotiated deal without trying to restart the process. Andrea exhibited the exact actions that will keep a dealership like Colonial Honda successful for years to come. I will be recommending Andrea to any friends or family looking to buy a car in the future. To be clear, I still hate car buying. But I would be very happy to work with Andrea and the Colonial team again in the future. Best, Shane More

Good people, kind friendly & clean. The woman I dealt with in Finance was ok until I refused to purchase extended warranty. At that point she was rude. I don’t think I’ll be buying my next vehicle there again. I’m not going “ Insurance Poor” so she can get a big “Payday” off of me. When she was finished with me she said “ You can go now.” She didn’t thank me, didn’t stand and shake my hand. Just told me to go. Also she forgot to get my twelve thousand dollar down payment check from me. I gave it to Andrea and she said she would give her the check. I could have said I gave it to her & it would have been her word against mine! More

Andrea was nothing but honest, kind and transparent during the car buying process. Her knowledge about Honda vehicles is second to none. I simply told her what I wanted and she made sure I got it.
