I called several hours before going to the dealership to confirm that the car I wanted to see was available. I was told it was in service but they would call back to let me know if it would be ready that da confirm that the car I wanted to see was available. I was told it was in service but they would call back to let me know if it would be ready that day. I received a call back and they said it was ready, scheduled an appointment, then received a text saying they were pulling the car around. When I arrived at the dealership, two hours later, I was informed that the car was still in service and I would not be able to see or test drive it until the next day. I was told it was having a recall fixed in the service area. The next day, I was able to test drive the car and went forward with purchasing it. After purchasing, I was told by the salesman, Austin, that the recall had not even been repaired on the car and that I would have to bring it back to a dealership later to have it serviced. I received two key fobs from the dealership, both of which were dead before I arrived home (about an hour and a half drive). All in all, I would not buy from this dealership again. More
