My jeep purchase was a great experience. I try my best to be an educated buyer, so i kind of knew a lot of the industry in and outs to begin with. When i asked ross about things he didn't try and talk around things, or be vague etc….he was honest. All in all the dealership was super honest about everything and NOT pushy. Their finance staff was super upfront about allllllll the costs. They were attentive and speedy, but I never felt like i was being pushed into the sale. I felt like they were happy to have my business, but also really okay if the jeep wasn’t for me. I never got a bunch of harassing calls or texts from them either. More
