Anastasia gave us lots of information about different vehicles, so we were able to make a better decision for our needs. They didn't force us to buy vehicle protection packages, such as paint protector c vehicles, so we were able to make a better decision for our needs. They didn't force us to buy vehicle protection packages, such as paint protector coting and nitrogen gas in tires. Most importantly they do not add price adjustment to MSRP price. Also, they gave us the full price by Kelley Blue book for my trade in vehicle. We are very satisfied with the customer service, and definitely will go back in the future. More
