Ana was very helpful, energetic and charming. She listened for the key characteristics of our purchase; hybrid and compact. Unfortunately, after we completed the voluminous paperwork and drove off we realized the car was a rushed decision and poorly made. We have a Lexus 2019 300ESH and love the car. But the UX doesn’t have nearly the appointments, although similar in price -( I realize there’s 5 years difference). We felt there wasn’t the value in the UX, the back seat is too small for an adult and the trunk is tiny. Chris Lima, GM, was terrific. He spent hours with us trying to unwind the deal. We believe he was concerned, creative and worked to find a solution. More
