Ana (and Kevin) certainly saved Lexus of Sarasota‘s reputation. Whoever the fellow was that addressed me when I first walked I was obviously not interested in actually selling a car. Because of his lack of interest in selling me one and his basic rudeness, I had actually walked out of the dealership. Then I realized I needed to speak to the manager and have him address the issue with his sales fellow. This is just not appropriate sales behavior. After speaking with him, and explaining my situation, he went and retrieved Ana for me. It was all sunshine from there! Ana was fantastic! Not only were there, in fact, cars to test drive, she was able to explain the difference between the one I thought I wanted, and the one I ultimately ended up getting. I didn’t even realize they were two different cars. She was extremely helpful . Because they didn’t have what I wanted when I left the first time, she called me and let me know when they did have the car I wanted to test drive. The second time I went in, she was right there to assist and we did our test drive. After that, I was ready to buy the car. There was only one hangup, which was that there were none, nor would there be for about four months. This was a problem for me as I really needed a new car sooner than later. I went ahead and contracted for it anyway. When I got home, I did call some other dealers in Florida and discovered that North Miami had what I was looking for, and would have it ready within two or three weeks. I contacted Ana to let her know that I would probably be canceling the deal. She understood when I told her why, though I’m sure it was disappointing. However, just a couple days later, I received a text from her saying that another customer had decided not to take a car they had pre-ordered. It happened to be exactly the right style and color that I wanted. As of now, I am the happy owner of the new Lexus RX 350. Thank you, Ana! More
