This is my second purchase with him and he will continue to be my only salesperson. He walked us thru financing with ease and had our beautiful car detailed, fueled, licensed, and ready to drive away. I loved the keychain, license tag, & fob holder. He really took care of every detail. Ana assisted and was so kind and gracious. They make a great team!!! Chris in finance was wonderful as well. I can’t speak enough how great our service was. We started our search in the Clearwater area where we live, but Lexus of Sarasota presented some great values that we had to investigate. We drove the 75 miles to get there, and it was well worth it. We had contacted them ahead of time to let them know we were coming and what we wanted to see. The dealership was busy on a Saturday, but Ana Lima quickly greeted us and took us to the car we wanted to see - it was sitting out front and ready to drive. After some pleasant negotiations, we made a deal. Although it took a bit longer than we expected, we drove home with a beautiful Lexus RX 350. Ana was very knowledgeable about the car, was very attentive, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Chad was great with the car tech overview and orientation. The financing paperwork was such a breeze with the cool desk computer overlay and signing process. We plan to keep this car for a long time - but we would highly recommend this dealership and Ana - she was the best! More
