She was attentive and did her best to help with an issue we had with the financial end of the transaction. Caleb was also very pleasant, patient and knew what he was talking about. We appreciate their efforts. If this is true, however, I find it inexcusable that the dealership would hold Ana accountable and responsible for any issues not within her scope, specifically the finance end. Each individual needs to be rated or evaluated on his/her performance. Anything not a "5 rating" has nothing to do with our experience with Ana. The rating for the finance part of our experience is not totally intended for the dealership Finance Manager, but also with the dealership and its choice of financial services. I will say that our Finance Manager was quick to say several times during our visit with him that "it wasn't up to him" or "these are the rules" which are not welcomed comments to a customer. If you can't handle it, kick it up to someone else! And don't make a customer wait for hours just to hear there's a problem. Nobody with an 820 credit score welcomes that comment or a waste of their time. Had we been advised of this earlier, perhaps we could have taken care of the issue in a more timely fashion. It seems that if this dealership has chosen Lexus Financial Services as their financial partner, the dealership should have someone from Lexus Financial Services on site. It should also be noted that the auto maker Lexus and Lexus Financial Services, while operating independently, are both owner by Toyota! Please pass that along to the Finance Manager. Also I want it noted that Ana was more helpful to us with the Experian issue than the Finance Manager. Overall it was a good experience, in spite of the "hiccup". There was no high pressure and you provide a pleasant environment. More
