I felt comfortable and valued by Ana especially. I drove from West Palm to Sarasota because you had a specific car I wanted. The negotiating was typical dealership negotiating, which always feels like a tug of war, both sides standing their ground but I felt we met in the middle in the end. I know numbers have to be shifted to make it look good, pencils sharpened etc. But Anna is your true gem! She was very accommodating helping me through a bit of a jam. She actually picked me up at the hotel and drove me to the dealership because I couldn't find the keys to my rental! (I never did find them.) She went the extra mile, with gifts and friendliness, made me feel valued and comfortable. I was disappointed there was only one key fob with the car. So what happens a couple weeks after I drove it home? Another key fob came in the mail! She's one of those sales people that understands that actions after the fact can be just as impressive and appreciated. More
