Please be careful to understand and get in writing all undertakings and price quotes from the dealership. I was given a definite settlement price and told by the salesperson that as long as I paid that am undertakings and price quotes from the dealership. I was given a definite settlement price and told by the salesperson that as long as I paid that amount by the time my first payment was due, that would be the full amount due. It turns out that interest was accruing on a daily basis and that the pay-off amount was $340.00 higher than I was told. I expected the dealership to stick to the price quoted in writing, but they would not. After a really good sales experience, this was very disappointing and took the gloss off the experience. Having one of their managers hang up the phone on me during a call to discuss this made it even worse. I have been waiting for a return call for over a week. More
