Dawn went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted in our x5. I forgot to add one thing to the build and she made it happen even after order was place. We made a deal in the about 30 minutes we wanted in our x5. I forgot to add one thing to the build and she made it happen even after order was place. We made a deal in the about 30 minutes. I sent her what I wanted and she had a price that was better than my local dealer by $40 a month on a lease and beat there trade in offer. Even after the sale she was quick to respond to all of my questions. Thanks a bunch and I highly recommend her and Galleria BMW. More

Excellent service from Sonya West. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not pushy or overbearing like other salespeople that have encountered. While I was there one of her former customers stopped by and was counting the number of vehicles that Sonya had sold her. She was up to five and I told her to quit counting. Sonya even went along with the scenario that I had to surprise my wife and also gave suggestions. Overall it was a comforting atmosphere and experience largely due in part to Sonya. Ask for her and you won't go wrong ! More
