I purchased a 2021 Lexus ES350 F Sport from this dealership. Upon receiving the car I discovered it had a dead battery. I sent Amos Cruz an e-mail to which we went back and forth a few times. He exp dealership. Upon receiving the car I discovered it had a dead battery. I sent Amos Cruz an e-mail to which we went back and forth a few times. He explained that if I supplied him with a receipt for the new battery that he would cut a check and have it in the mail for me. I sent him a copy of the receipt and he said that the check is in the mail. It's been about three weeks now and I have yet to receive this said check. Now he has stopped responding to me. I spent over $30,000 on this car and then the first time I start it, it's dead. I had to spend $250 on the new battery. More
