He was probably the reason I bought a new vehicle. I originally went in for a service. but I thought I double booked a doctor visit on the same day and Amir promised to get me out promptly. I realized I didn't double book and started browsing while I was there. If he opted to just get me rescheduled and didn't go the extra mile I might have never bought the particular truck I did. His effort benefit the company. More
