After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) manager to finish up the paperwork. He tried to pull a fast one by trying to "hide" the MV fees, telling me that my up-front payment was "just the first month lease payment and MV fees". Thought he could fool me - the MV fees for an EV in NJ is over $1k. When I said I agreed on all fees and taxes rolled into the deal, he tried to convince me that all, EXCEPT MV. There was no EXCEPT in the deal that I shook on with the GM. I was ready to either talk to the GM or walk. He changed his tune really quickly.. Watch out for this guy!!! All others are top notch and straight up. More
