Knowing that I can send/receive texts with my service agent and have my questions answered was very nice - follow through is very important in a customer's experience and Pacific BMW nails it. Also, receiving a video update of my 330i in service was pretty cool. In the realm of vehicle repair and maintenance, being treated as valued customer is not common, especially when I'm used to other dealerships who don't put in the effort. More
