We knew we wanted a 2025 leaf S and we are very grateful that reliable Nissan was willing to get one for us as there were none in Albuquerque. We signed an agreement and paid for a specific VIN and were t that reliable Nissan was willing to get one for us as there were none in Albuquerque. We signed an agreement and paid for a specific VIN and were told it would be delivered within a week or two. Five days later we got a call saying the car we bought was sold to someone else after we bought it and we would need to take a different color. While we don’t care about the color, selling a car we bought to someone else is not a great look. What’s much worse is that this was a lie. We called the Colorado dealership where our original car was coming from and it was still on their lot, it was never sold to someone else. No one would tell us why we were lied to, instead calming it poor wording on their part to claim it had sold. We will absolutely never buy a car from reliable Nissan again and will tell our friends to avoid it as well. More
