My wife went in for a common surgery August 2025. The surgeon made a mistake that did catastrophic damage. A few days latter she was flown by helicopter to Orlando. My wife ended up getting 12+ operations and was in the hospital for over 100 days. Our medical bills are $2.4 million. During that time the lift gate on her Lexus RX350 stopped working. We plan on buying a new Lexus in 6 months and did not want to spend a lot of money on her 2007 car. But the rear door is too heavy for my wife due to all the health issues. I made an appointment at TC Lexus to get the rear hatch fixed. The advisor said there will be a $289 diagnostic fee. I told him that is outrageous. I called JM Lexus while I was at the Ft Piece dealership to make an appointment. JM Lexus said the fee is $149. Before I left TC Lexus I spoke with Michael and gave him all this information. He did not offer to do anything. When I arrived at JM Lexus the service advisor said the diagnostic fee would only be $125. 1 ½ hours later the advisor called to say my car was ready. He said the issue was a power outage at some point. That was reset and the lift gate started working. JM Lexus did not charge me anything!!! Honestly, I almost started crying. Where do you think I will buy my next car? JM Lexus. That dealership gives the staff the power to do the right thing. I am guessing TC Lexus management does not give the staff the power to make decisions and do the right thing. I have seen a lot of good employees leave TC Lexus over the years. I was at the dealership the first week it opened. I love Lexus cars. It is a shame the Ft Pierce dealership is so poorly managed. They obviously love money. But there is more to life than loving money. More

The LX600 is amazing and the Lux version's massage seats put the biggest smile and my wife's face. Super comfortable ride and quiet too. The business manager, Steve, kept the typically mundane process entertaining and quick. I highly recommend the extended warranty and maintenance prepaid as it locks in a rate by prepaying that is certainly only going to go up in years to come. I've moved past troublesome GMC vehicles and aimed for best quality - Lexus. Also thrilled to see Jude Forte in service as I have had excellent service advisory experiences with her in previous brands. Glad to see the best get to work for the best! We will be buying a nice previously used RX from them as well in the next week or two. More

My wife and I have owned eight Lexus over the years, an LS -400, 2 LS-430’s, 2 LS-460L’s, an RX-400h and two RX450h. They were acquired from a dealership in Connecticut and two in Florida. We have for the better part enjoyed fine service from all, consistent with the published Lexus standard. However, we have never encountered the type of treatment that we received yesterday and today at Treasure Coast Lexus. Every person with whom we interfaced, in the parts and the service departments was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Kelleigh Congdon, in particular, went so far out of her way to help us that we began to feel guilty about taking up so much of her time. All in all, we are convinced that when we buy our next Lexus, it must be from Treasure Coast Lexus. More
