Amanda went above and beyond to help me when I came in asking for a Hail Mary. I knew it was time to trade my X5 but also had a lot of hesitation. I purchased a 2024 BMW X4 M40i just last week, and I absolutely love it! Amanda greeted me, and introduced herself. I knew immediately during that this vehicle was the one. During my wait afterward, I probably had about 5 people offer me snacks and drinks LOL. But that is not a complaint! That is genuine, top notch, knock your socks off customer service; A long forgotten concept in the world of retail. Amy went over all the options available to me with the vehicle, when going through the paperwork. The paperwork was neatly placed on a thumb drive, which was unexpected, and very much appreciated by myself. The fewer papers to keep up with, the better! Ryan’s assistance during the genius session was top notch. I had quite a few questions, and he was able to answer them with ease. He gave me his business card, and offered any future assistance. Everyone who assisted me was very approachable, and welcoming. Hands down, was my best vehicle purchase experience ever. Other dealerships should come by sometime, and take notes and lessons. More
