This dealership let me ALL THE WAY DOWN! They had my truck about 3 times for the same 3 issues that they “made me feel” as if I was making them up because they saw 1 issue but “couldn’t dupl They had my truck about 3 times for the same 3 issues that they “made me feel” as if I was making them up because they saw 1 issue but “couldn’t duplicate the issues”. So the answers were to print out MULTIPLE pages of “reasons the things COULD be happening. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! Took it to Russ Darrow Nissan who was able to “tell” me what they thought the issues were within 10 minutes of being in the shop THEN duplicate and REPAIR 2 out of 3 of the issues. The final issue was duplicated but now I’m expected to pay over $500 for an issue that came with the truck. And this is AFTER putting down a $2600 department to Enterprise Waukesha upon purchase in March 2025! Yes approx 3 months ago! There’s a recall on a fuel part that “I’m still waiting for them to receive in the shop” to replace it (about 2 weeks now). But oh, I mentioned it to Russ Darrow and it was replaced immediately. I even took the the GM Duke on a text ride, of course nothing happened then but “if the sway/jump in the back end continues at highway speeds, maybe start w/an alignment”. Bottomline, something is weak and instead of anyone assisting to replace it (I didn’t weaken anything), I’m playing a waiting game of when it’s going to give out and HOPEFULLY I don’t die in the process! I won’t get into all the issues of “them not having a loaner so I have to just wait on my repairs” but upon leaving after my last visit, another customer pulled off in a truck (same make and model as mine that had been sitting at the door for WEEKS) but I had to drive a SMALLER car as a loaner when I got one! Russ Darrow had a loaner (again same made and model as mine) the same day I walked in without an appointment. This it’s important because I explained I’ve been driving trucks for years due to bad back, knees and a recent hip replacement.. Bottomline, I received HORRIBLE treatment, I will NEVER waste my time with them EVER AGAIN and they really should work on either training the service techs to CORRECTLY diagnose and repair vehicles or consider another line of business! Thanks for nothing! More

A free oil change is not really free because they don't tell you up front that they do not include a tire rotation. And they will not work around my schedule on weekends or evenings when that is the only t tell you up front that they do not include a tire rotation. And they will not work around my schedule on weekends or evenings when that is the only time I have available and I really need someone to look at my shocks. Why does it take two people one in finance and one in service to tell me that my car is on warranty for a $749 repair?! More

It takes two people to tell me what the warranty covers and what it does not. The service manager says that our stuff will be covered and it is $748. However the finance manager says that the warranty does and what it does not. The service manager says that our stuff will be covered and it is $748.
